How can I get in touch with Blackbird & Finch?

Where is your office located?

Our office is conveniently located in the Toowoomba CBD, between the stunning Empire Theatre and Walton stores. You can visit our office at 6 Union Street, but give us a call before you pop in to make sure we are in the office as we are often at inspections and appointments – we would hate to miss you!

Where can I park if I visit your office?

Unfortunately there is no parking in Union St at all. The best place to park if you are visiting is Annand or Neil St and there are also 2 Council carparks on both as well. If you would like to park undercover we are a short 5 minute walk from Grand Central.

What are your office hours?

Our regular office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday. Appointments outside of these hours can be arranged by contacting us directly.

How do I schedule a property viewing?

To schedule a property viewing, simply reach out to us via phone or email with your preferred times, and we will arrange a visit at your convenience.

Who should I contact for maintenance issues?

For maintenance-related queries, please use our tenant portal or scan the TAPI barcode located at the property (generally found on the inside of the door under the kitchen sink or the pantry) or contact our office directly if it is an emergency. We’ll ensure your request is addressed promptly.
