Blackbird and Finch regularly perform property management file audits when properties are transferred to us from other Toowoomba real estate agents. We have adapted this audit for buyers purchasing a property with an existing tenant in place. In order for us to perform this audit you do need to include a clause in the Contract to allow us to access the property management files.
